About the artist:

MICKEY  MEINERT  Singer/Songwriter & Sideman

As an autodidact, he began writing and performing his own songs in the seventies, often with political content. Later, his life path also took him alongside many German and international artists, which has left a lasting impression on his character, especially through the many journeys to almost all parts of the world and the warm encounters. That’s why today, in his songs, he tells of his colourful life as a musical vagabond in text and sound. The common thread is and remains his global singer/songwriter life. The lyrics revolve around movements such as: Change, life, love and death, stars, truths and about rock`n roll, encounters, loneliness & blues, world events and poetry.
